Three NASC members have been shortlisted for the Construction News (CN) Specialists Awards 2016.
A total of eight UK access and scaffolding companies were nominated for this year’s CN Specialist Awards 2016. As one of the three outstanding NASC members who have made it through as finalists, we’re delighted to be included and the diversity of what St Helens Plant provides – recognised.
CN Awards Finalist Recognition For Three NASC Members
St Helens Plant as full non-contracting members of NASC work to strict ISO manufacturing, repair and reconditioning procedures – alongside undergoing numerous, regular strict audits. Ensuring our high standards and commitment to safe scaffolding and access equipment is maintained and continues St Helens Plant as be a leader in the field of scaffold refurbishment, repair and manufacturing.
We are delighted to have been mentioned and had the opportunity to comment in NASC News for our CN Specialists Awards finalist achievement.

The main focus of St Helens Plant is safety of scaffolding and in every product we repair, refurbish and manufacture, covering all aspects of access, scaffolding systems and equipment.
We also focus highly on the standard of imported products. The UK is well known for being flooded with unfit for purpose, imported scaffolding systems.
St Helens Plant have a direct division in-house that solely focuses on testing, repairing and where possible bringing any imported scaffold systems or equipment – in line with ISO standards.
We are happy to provide support, scaffold testing and inspection services, repair and reconditioning for any imported equipment already purchased and in use – that any customers or companies may be concerned about. All nominated have been shortlisted as finalists due to a wide range of varying types of projects, services and products supplied solely for the access and scaffolding industry.
Each of the nominees as NASC members have also been kindly mentioned in the NASC News website, with full NASC support and recognition for all three finalists.
Now each of the finalists, St Helens Plant included have made it through the shortlist and presentation process, we wait with baited breath for February 24th 2016 – where the winner will be announced at the Hilton Hotel on Park Lane, London.
The highly prestigious awards ceremony, billed by top construction media title, Construction News as “Celebrating the very best specialist contractors in the UK”. Is sure to be a show-stopping event this year, we wish Chris Sedgemen and GKR Scaffolding the very best of luck and look forward to the awards on the 24th February 2016.
