We start the New Year continuing to expand our growth as the UK’s only all-encompassing scaffolding repairs, reconditioning and bespoke manufacturing specialists.
As we have said many times, over the past nine months our workforce, customers and families have supported us through the most uncertain of times.
We begin 2021 with a strong start, with continued growth within scaffolding repair and reconditioning. As many have found due to national and international lockdowns and restrictions, seeking equipment to buy for service or supply has been difficult to say the least!
As a main manufacturer, repairs and reconditioning specialist we have seen high demand throughout the latter part of 2020, in customers seeking to refurbish and repair their unused equipment, to help overcome this issue.
New Gear for the New Year!
For over three decades St Helens Plant has remained the UK’s only all-encompassing repairs, reconditioning and manufacturing plant.
During that time we have adopted various types of machinery and equipment to permit large and small scale fabrications and repairs, mainly consisiting of scaffolding, ancillary products and construction equipment.

In Summary
2021 looks to be a year of continued growth easpecially in the area of repair and reconditioning.
As many will also know, 2020 was quite a significant year for St Helens Plant, as finally my goal for many years as an original director, and a father came to fruition.
2020 was the year St Helens Plant became successfully owned and operated by both my son’s, Christopher and Phillip Pilling.
As part of the new generation that St Helens Plant now is, we have an ongoing machinery and equipment upgrade programme to aid in our expansion and ability to provide the best of British manufacturing, repair and reconditioning to our customers.
