2021 has been a year of continued expansion for the team at St Helens Plant, with more new facilities and services soon to be available.
At the start of 2021 St Helens Plant have invested in various new machinery.
Continued Expansion with New Blasting Facilities
As 2021 has progressed so have St Helens Plant, with many new and bespoke products manufactured and supplied. The demand for UK manufactured products and systems, alongside repair and reconditioning has continued at a rapid pace.
The St Helens Plant family continue to invest in the future of our our plant, moving into additional services. Providing us the ability to offer more services within Groundworks, Civil Contractors and Hire and Sale Suppliers.
Due to the rise in demand for UK manufactured products, we will soon have our new Blasting Facilities open and operational, thanks to the supply and installation of our new Zappshelter unit.
Additional Services Soon to be Available
St Helens Plant new Blasting Facilities will soon be complete, with the introduction of additional new processes which include;
- Steel Shot Blasting
- Grit Blasting
- Soda Blasting
Our new bespoke building that is currently under construction also provides us the ability with our new processes, to conduct hand blasting on non ferrous materials.
We will also have the ability to better facilitate blasting and painting of Groundworks products, with the added ability to repair where necessary, some of our examples are shown below.
