SupaDek was first introduced to the industry in 2013, designed as a revolutionary alternative to traditional timber scaffold boards and steel boards. Manufactured from recycled plastic, featuring a lightweight composition and h3 attributes.

SupaDek – Now Supplied as a Cost-Effective Alternative
St Helens Plant work in association with a select few manufacturers and suppliers, in order to provide our customers with a wide range of premium and innovate products, at a competitive price.
SupaDek when initially introduced to the industry, was considered as an expensive option, when compared to timber scaffolds and even steel boards – already available on the market.
[box type=”success” align=”alignleft” width=”600px” ]In 2015 Tilon Composites announced a reduction in the price of SupaDek, with a saving of 33% available.[/box]
Cost-savings on the innovative plastic scaffold boards have been gained by greater efficiency in production at the North Wales fabrication factory, alongside an installation of new plastics recycling line.
[box type=”note” width=”600px ” ]2019, Tilon Composites have continued to increase efficiency, with more control over the costs of raw materials used in the production of SupaDeck.[/box]
