St Helens Plant now stock and supply SupaDek Plastic Scaffold Boards, suitable for use with Cuplock, Kwikstage and tubular scaffold systems.

SupaDek was first introduced to the industry in 2013, designed as a revolutionary alternative to traditional timber scaffold boards and steel boards. Manufactured from recycled plastic, featuring a lightweight composition and h3 attributes.

SupaDek is manufactured by Castle Gate 535 Ltd, leading UK manufacturers of fiber reinforced polymer composite products, based in South Wales.

SupaDek – Now Supplied as a Cost-Effective Alternative

St Helens Plant work in association with a select few manufacturers and suppliers, in order to provide our customers with a wide range of premium and innovate products, at a competitive price.

SupaDek when initially introduced to the industry, was considered as an expensive option, when compared to timber scaffolds and even steel boards – already available on the market.

Cost-savings on the innovative plastic scaffold boards have been gained by greater efficiency in production at the North Wales fabrication factory, alongside an installation of new plastics recycling line.

SupaDek is manufactured from recycled plastic polymer composite, reinforced with glass fiber chopped strands. Providing a range of benefits when compared with traditional timber scaffold boards and steel board alternatives.

SupaDek – Sizes and Specifications

SupaDek Plastic Scaffold Boards are manufactured in a range of lengths, featuring a non-slip textured surface complete with rubber end caps and finger grips of easy handling.

Company logo’s and branding can also be embossed onto the boards, as per requirements.

Depth and Width

Boards are manufactured with a depth of 45mm with a width of 225mm.
