Scaffold Testing & Verification

Scaffold Testing

St Helens Plant scaffolding testing and verification division is at the core of every scaffolding solution, system and product we repair, manufacture and supply.

We utilise a combination of cutting edge technology, alongside some long established, traditional, old-school techniques. Alongside the skills, experience and knowledge that’s needed to repair, recondition, refurbish and fabricate all types of non-mechanical scaffolding, formwork and access equipment. We’re well versed on areas most likely to suffer defects and common vulnerabilities caused through environmental factors and general wear and tear.

Using a combination of traditional testing methods alongside newly evolved modern-day technologies, we implement some of the most stringent scaffold testing procedures used within the industry.

All scaffolding, formwork, groundworks and access products manufactured, repaired and supplied by St Helens Plant, are in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 manufacturers legislation – alongside guidelines set out by HSE, BBA, HAPAS and ISO.

Scaffold testing services are available on-site, arrangements can also be made to provide scaffold testing services at your own location.
