The Shorflex® TN System has been highly engineered and specifically designed to permit the safe and productive works of tunnel structures.
The unique system comprises the formworking structure with Roflex® bent panels alongside the formworking trolley which has been engineered on steel tracks to permit quick and easy positioning of itself at the concreting site. Roflex® bent formwork panels allow the implementation of radii as from 3,5m, thereby enabling the concreting of a wide variety of shapes.
Concreting / formwork removal cycles can also be carried out quickly and efficiently due to the vertical removal the system permits. Removal is done by means of relieving the levellers and horizontally by collecting the lateral formworking modules.
The formworking trolley is comprised of exceptionally robust and highly resistant rolled profile, providing ease of assembly and immense adaptability – to any section.
The system is ready to work with concreting loads of up to 60kN/m².
