Scaffold Repair and Reconditioning
Another facet to our scaffolding manufacturing plant is our Scaffold Repair and Reconditioning center. Fully focussed on all aspects of scaffold repair and scaffolding reconditioning, we provide all repair and reconditioning services including Shot Blasting and Painting on-site in our dedicated facilities.
Equipped to handles orders and requirements of all sizes, fast and efficiently. There’s no job too small or too big, we can’t handle! Our expert workforce are experienced in all types of system scaffolding and traditional tube and fitting scaffolding, and well aware of the vulnerabilities in all systems widely used today.
Each and every system or fitting which is repaired or reconditioned is then processed for stringent scaffold testing. Only once we’re satisfied the system or component meets with British, EU and International safety standards, then the scaffolding must also meet with our own high extracting standards before being passed as compliant and leaving our premises.
Scaffold Testing and Verification
The cornerstone to the quality, safety and reliability we produce in each product we manufacture is our scaffold testing and health and safety division. Our mission and focus is on the safety of all scaffolding supplies and scaffolding products we manufacture.
Prior to any scaffolding system, fitting or component being passed in production, first must be tested using a variety of methods including the traditional nodding donkey test and other stress testing methods before full verification is given. Each and every product we manufacture must meet with British safety standards which are regarded as one of the highest safety standards worldwide, alongside regulations set out by the HSE, ISO and HAPAS.
Our scaffold testing division consists of some of the most proficient and experienced testers and inspectors within the industry.
